Refunds
At Rose River, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You can return or exchange any item within 15 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
